I'm an herbalist and counselor in north Georgia, and I help tired, sensitive people understand what their bodies and their nervous systems have been trying to tell them. I look at the biology and the energy side of things together, because in my experience they've always been part of the same picture.

Herb Skool is where I teach the herbs and food changes that helped me come off my diabetes medications, with my doctors' approval. We start with calming the nervous system and go from there into blood sugar, inflammation and digestion.

When I was diagnosed with fatty liver, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, I realized I didn't actually know much about how my body worked or much about real nutrition. So I started learning everything I could and making small changes I could live with, one at a time.
Somewhere along the way I learned that stress and old patterns live in the body too, and that the nervous system has a lot to do with both. That's why the inner work and the herbs sit side by side in everything I teach.
If there is anything that years of living through abusive relationships taught me, it's that healing isn't just mind or body - physical or mental. Healing is a truly holistic adventure and part of our natural journey as humans.
