This journey began with my own healing. After years of navigating stress, chronic health challenges, and emotional burnout, I turned to the roots — the ancient wisdom of plants, the steady rhythm of nature, and the deep work of reclaiming my mind, body, and spirit through natural healing. What started as personal restoration grew into a calling: to help others reconnect with their own power to heal.
